A few simple things that help keep every Circle thoughtful, comfortable and memorable.
🔐 Verification & Privacy
- All participants undergo a basic verification process to help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- You may mask or hide your Aadhaar number before uploading. We only require your name and age for identity verification and legal compliance.
- Information shared with Team CircleUp, including Aadhaar copies, Instagram handles, and other public social profiles, is used solely for verification purposes and is treated with discretion. We do not share personal information with other participants without your consent.
- Please carry the same government-issued ID (physical or digital) used during registration on the day of the event.
- In case of discrepancies between your submitted details and the ID presented at entry, Team CircleUp may request additional verification or deny entry.
- Some venues may require age verification or valid identification. Please ensure you carry the necessary documents to avoid any inconvenience.
🎟️ Tickets & Pricing
- Ticket prices and inclusions vary depending on the venue, theme, and overall experience.
- Event details, inclusions, and pricing will always be shared before payment.
- Your seat is reserved exclusively for you once payment is confirmed.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation email containing your receipt and digital invoice will be sent to your registered email ID right away.
- Your official event entry pass or boarding pass will be generated and shared with you via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours after payment verification.
- Due to limited seat counts, initiating a payment session reserves your spot temporarily. If the payment is dropped or incomplete, the seat will be released back to the community instantly.
🔄 Refunds & Transfers
- Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the event, as last-minute cancellations affect our carefully curated guest balance and planning.
- If CircleUp cancels an event, guests may choose either a full refund or transfer their booking to a future Circle.
- To help us maintain the carefully curated guest balance, safety, and group quality, all bookings are strictly non-transferable to another person without prior approval from Team CircleUp.
- Transfer requests and exceptional situations will always be approached thoughtfully and handled on a case-by-case basis by Team CircleUp.
📍 Event Updates
- In rare cases, venues, timings, or formats may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, we'll keep you informed as early as possible.
- Menus, activities, and experiences may vary from one Circle to another.
- To preserve the flow of the experience, we encourage guests to arrive on time. In some cases, significantly late arrivals may find it difficult to join the Circle seamlessly.
🍽️ Food & Beverages
- Food and beverage inclusions vary by event and venue.
- While we carefully choose our partner venues, the taste, quality, and preparation of food and beverages remain the responsibility of the venue.
- Guests are encouraged to inform us in advance about allergies or dietary preferences, though accommodations may vary by venue.
- Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the CircleUp package are kindly requested to be settled directly with the venue.
- We believe the best evenings are built on great conversations and good company. If you choose to drink, we encourage you to do so responsibly and help keep the vibe enjoyable for everyone.
📸 Content & Social Media
- Photos and videos may be captured during events for memories and community content.
- Content may be shared across CircleUp's social channels and promotional platforms.
- Guests who prefer limited visibility are encouraged to inform Team CircleUp in advance.
🤝 Community Guidelines
- We expect all guests to respect personal boundaries and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
- We're committed to creating a safe and welcoming space. Behaviour that negatively impacts the comfort or safety of others may lead to being asked to leave the event.
- We love good energy, but not at the expense of others. Guests whose behaviour significantly disrupts the experience may be unable to continue participating in the event.
- Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to maintain balanced Circles and may affect future invitations.
🚫 No Solicitation Policy
- CircleUp is designed for genuine connections. We kindly ask guests to avoid treating the experience as a platform for unsolicited business promotion or recruitment.
- Please seek consent before promoting businesses, services, or social media pages.
🎒 Personal Belongings
- Please keep an eye on your valuables and personal belongings throughout the event.
- Personal items remain the responsibility of each guest.
🚗 Getting Home Safely
- If you've been drinking, please plan your ride responsibly. Your safety—and everyone else's—matters.
- CircleUp encourages guests to prioritize their well-being and make safe travel arrangements after the event.
